From tonight's HOA Board meeting:
☆Lawn grace period has ended, violations will now ensue (weeds, grass height, condition),
☆Reminder: Per covenants, each homeowner is responsible for mowing the easement behind (and side where applicable) their property, regardless of whether there is a fence in place,
☆Storm drains are NOT for disposal of grass clippings or any other debris

As a reminder, the City of Westfield provides 2 options to deter door-to-door solicitation, a
“no-knock list’ and/or posting a No Soliciting sign on your door. Free signs are available from the city, or
